So trilled to announce Karen Colquhoun will be offering one member of Spiritual Sisters Collective - Per Month a Bespoke Poem. 

Karen Colquhoun is a qualified Primary Teacher, accredited Life Coach and Teen Coach Practitioner.

She has spent the past 22 years in Primary Education, teaching children in the way of academics, but also teaching them about the importance of knowing who they truly are, being themselves and loving themselves first!

Karen’s self-development journey and discovery of spirituality helped her identify her mission in life - to create ‘change for children’ by activating healing within families. In her role as a parent, she has gained an understanding of the impact that her beliefs and own childhood trauma have had, not only on her as a mum, but in all areas of her life and now seeks to support other mamas become aware of the generational patterns, adverse childhood experiences and beliefs holding them back from being a mama and more!

When Karen isn’t teaching or coaching, her other passion in life is writing. She has written a number of poems, some of which were published this year. Karen was awarded ‘ELITE WRITER STATUS’, for 2022 and had her poem featured in the 2022 Poet’s Yearbook.
